Course enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a written acknowledgment. Salsolyyar reserves the right to adjust schedules or facilitators with prior notice.
5. Resource Access
Resources supplied through our platform are licensed for internal organisational use unless otherwise stated. Redistribution requires written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are invoiced according to agreed payment schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension until balances are settled.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including course materials, templates, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Salsolyyar or its licensors.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants must engage respectfully, uphold confidentiality, and refrain from unauthorised sharing of session recordings or materials.
9. Confidentiality
Salsolyyar and participants agree to protect confidential information shared during programmes, subject to legal requirements.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may reference third-party tools. Salsolyyar is not responsible for external platforms and advises reviewing their policies.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted in writing. Programme-specific policies will be communicated during enrolment.
12. Limitation of Liability
Salsolyyar provides Services “as is” and disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from course participation.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Salsolyyar against claims resulting from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
